Submission Guidelines All submissions are first reviewed by the symposium organizational committee to verify that basic requirements are met. If a submission does not pass this initial review, authors are notified. If a submission passes this initial review, it then goes through a blind review process; neither the identity of the presenter nor of the reviewers will be revealed in this process. The presenter will be notified of the decision, which is made on a 5-point scale, from poor to excellent, and based on the following factors: ■Relevance for the event ■Compliance to the requisites of the presentation ■Writing (Clarity, organization and consistency of ideas) ■Contribution to the expansion of knowledge You will be notified by email if your proposal was accepted or denied. If your proposal is accepted, your abstract will be published in the 2012 CLIL Symposium Handbook & Abstracts, which will obtain an ISBN. Furthermore, selected presentations will be asked to submit a complete paper to be published in the Symposium Proceedings. Please see Instructions to Authors regarding writing abstracts to ensure your submission follows the guidelines.
